What does this sponsorship mean for you?
In taking on the role as a sponsor of the 4th Biennial Equity Conference 2009 innovate-educate-celebrate hosted by NSW Priority Schools Programs, you will be assisting students, parents and community members as part of teams from schools in low socio-economic status school communities areas across New South Wales to attend and participate in the two day conference.
The students will have the opportunity to have a voice in what they see as important to their continued education. All money received from your sponsorship will assist students and community members from Priority Schools to attend the conference.
Positioning
- strong association with school communities including principals, teachers, students, parents, community members from low socio-economic status school communities, academics and representatives from within the NSW Department of Education and Training regional and state offices

- socially responsible supporter of low socio-economic status communities across New South Wales
- visibility as a key partner helping to “go to the next level” in supporting students to increase their life chances and achieve the full benefits from their education
- access to 583 Priority School communities across New South Wales (26% of all NSW schools); the families of over 150 000 students and 11 600 teachers in Priority Schools.
With the new list of Priority Schools and Priority Action Schools for the 2009-2012 funding cycle and the schools retiring from the program, this represents approximately one third of NSW public schools.
